A Gentle Check-In With Yourself

  • 2 min read

Instructions:

Take a quiet moment. There are no right or wrong answers—just honesty.

🌱 1. How am I really feeling?

What emotions have been present in me lately?

When do I feel most overwhelmed or low?

🌱 2. What patterns do I notice?

Are there situations or people that trigger me repeatedly?

Do I react in ways I later question or don’t understand?

🌱 3. How do I speak to myself?

What thoughts come when I make a mistake?

Am I kind to myself or critical?

🌱 4. How do I cope?

What do I do when things feel heavy?

Do I avoid certain thoughts, feelings, or conversations?

🌱 5. My relationships

Do I feel heard and understood?

Is there something I wish I could express but hold back?

🌱 6. My connection with myself

Do I feel present in my life or just going through the motions?

What might my mind or body be trying to tell me?

🌱 7. Opening to support

What would feeling “better” look like for me?

What kind of support might help me move forward?

🌿 Closing Reflection:

“I don’t have to figure everything out alone. It’s okay to seek support.”

“Sometimes… we don’t realize we need help… until we pause

“Ask yourself…”

“Have I really been okay lately… or just saying I am?”

“Why do the same things keep affecting me so deeply?”

“When was the last time I felt truly at peace?”

“Do I hold things in… even when I want to express?”

“Am I being kind to myself… or constantly critical?”

“What if… it’s not about being ‘strong enough’…”

“What if… it’s about not having to do it alone?”

“Seeking support isn’t weakness… it’s awareness.”

🌿 It’s okay to take help.
