Here are 15 self-introspection questions you can use:

🌿 Emotional Awareness

Are there emotions you notice repeating in your daily life?

When was the last time you felt truly at ease within yourself?

🌿 Patterns & Triggers

Do you notice certain situations or people affecting you more than you’d like?

Are there patterns in your reactions/ behavior or dealing with people that you don’t fully understand?

Is there something that tends to drain you emotionally, even if you can’t explain why?

🌿 Inner Dialogue

How do you usually speak to yourself when things don’t go as planned?

When things don't go as plan or when others don't respond as expected do you start blaming yourself or start self criticism?

Are there thoughts you find hard to switch off or let go of?

🌿 Coping & Avoidance

What do you usually do when something feels overwhelming?

Are there things you avoid thinking or talking about? What might be behind that?

🌿 Relationships

Do you feel understood and supported in your relationships?

Are there things you wish you could express but hold back?

🌿 Self-Connection

Do you feel connected to yourself, or do you often feel on “autopilot”?

What do you think your mind or body has been trying to tell you lately?

🌿 Readiness for Support

If things could feel lighter or clearer, what kind of support do you think might help?

“Maybe I don’t have to handle everything alone.”
